The new Porsche Museum in Stuttgart is a several tons heavy structure, abutting on 5 pylons.
6.000 tons of steel, span length of about 60 meters from column to column and a building ending levitating makes the whole construction incomparably.
135 bored piles each up to 25 meters long support the immense load.
Disigned by the Vienna Architect Delugan Meissel the museum provides 5.000 sqm.exhibition space for 80 exhibits. A museum shop, a visitors restaurant, a coffee lounge and an exclusive restaurant with roof terrace as well as an underground parking for 300 vehicles are leaving nothing to be disired for the visitors.
