History

1962 Claus Queck GmbH was founded in 1962 in Düren-Birkesdorf, Germany, by Claus Queck, one of the shareholders at the time. The company objective was to supply the industry located in the area with custom-made machines of any type.
1964 The rented space soon became too small, and the company moved to an industrial area in Düren-Lendersdorf in 1964. Instead of ordering an outside construction company to build the new production facilities, the company management focused on their own work force. The building was completed by the company employees using a steel frame and a shingle-dressing.
This project set the pace for the development of the company's strongest asset: Steel construction
1980-1982 Between 1980 and 1982, the company expanded by adding the new administration building, again, completely designed and completed by the company's own employees.
Present The company presently has a staff of 150 producing an output of 15,000 tons of steel and a turnover of € 35 million per year. Claus Queck GmbH today is a well-established and strong German SME company.
